Born in the eye of a hurricane, Geoff attended the Arts Student's League and New School in Manhattan. After a move to Europe he started his career as a working artist. His first solo show took place on the Mediterranean island of Ibiza; it sold out in less than an hour. He exhibited widely in Europe, including group and solo shows in Germany, France and his beloved Spain. Back in New York, he was invited to join the elite Hudson River Sculpture Center in Manhattan and made an extended visit to Brazil as their representative, where he discovered the joys of "voo livre" (hang gliding) and returned to learn the sport, living and working for a year on the northeast coast near Fortaleza. He recently moved to California, settling in Santa Maria (one hour north of Santa Barbara) in the heart of the California Wine Country. His work is in the permanent collections of THE BROOKLYN MUSEUM, OWEN WILSON (Actor/Writer/Producer) JIM LEHRER, Washington, DC (PBS NewsHour) MICHAEL HIRSCHORN (CEO, ISH Entertainment), NIKKI REED - (Actor/Writer/Director) D.J. QUALLS (Actor/Producer) the FIAT MOTORS personal and corporate collections in Milan, Italy and The HROMATKA COLLECTION (Personal & Corporate) Vienna, Austria... and many more.
